Group Sales Executive

- Our customers
- know you well, trust you and appreciate you as a contact person. That's why you will guide them from first negotiations to finalizing the contract
- Planning and organising you have an eye for detail and make sure function sheets, room lists etc. are all processed correctly
- Targets you ensure revenue and productivity targets met on monthly basis by generating new groups and food and beverage business from a national, regional and local level
- Group Organisers you make sure everything is prepared prior to their arrival and communicate any changes to the teams accordingly
- Strengthening our brand you do this with conviction and charisma

- Communication that's your thing You are eloquent and a pleasant conversationalist
- Experience you have been working in a proactive sales position, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Negotiation skills you convince with competence and charm and find solutions that satisfy all parties involved
- Personality you are very driven and ambitious to learn, work well under time pressure, have excellent organisation skills, motivated, selfdisciplined and nicely assertive
- Plain speaking you are able to communicate with guests, customers and teams in Dutch, French and English
- Open and trustworthy you enjoy contributing to the team
