Voor onze klant, een internationale logistieke speler, zijn we op zoek naar een **Import Bediende** in de regio Antwerpen.
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **nazicht** van binnenkomende **documentatie**.
- Je controleert de **aankomst** van het **zeeschip** en houdt de **gegevens** up to date.
- Je verzendt **aankomstberichten** met de te betalen kosten, waar mogelijk.
- Je verzorgt de formaliteiten bij de **havenkapiteindienst** voor gevaarlijke imo goederen.
- Je geeft **instructies** door aan **douane** met betrekking tot transport tussen terminal en magazijn.
- Je contacteert externe transportfirma's om **transporten** in te boeken.
- Je onderhoudt **communicatie** met klanten en overzeese agenten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **facturatie** voor jouw dossiers.
**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:
- Je beschikt minstens over een **A2-diploma**, ervaring is niet vereist.
- Je bent IT-vaardig en beschikt over een grondige kennis Van **Word, Excel en Outlook.**:
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot **Nederlands en een andere taal.**:
- Je bent flexibel en collegiaal.
