The Talent Management Department of Degroof Petercam is looking for an intern to start in
September 2023 for a period of
3 -12 months.
Your Position:
As a Talent Management Intern, you will be working on two main projects: the co-creation of a community for young people and realization of a catalogue of initiatives in link with well-being.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing the concept of the Young Community and propose different activities including sending and planning invitations for people to join, working with a specific budget to organize the activities, preparing flyers and creating the logo of the community;
- Actively participating to the inventory of all activities taking place in the group in link with Wellbeing;
- Creating and developing exchanges with ambassadors of our different business lines to research on existing initiatives in link with Wellbeing;
- Identifying within literature the activities of wellbeing within organization and taking contact with external institutions to create a benchmark.
Your Profile:
- You are currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Communication, Management or any other related fields;
- You are fluent in English (a good command of Dutch and/or French is a plus);
- You have strong communication and written skills to effectively convey messages, ideas, and information to different audiences through various channels;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, and work effectively in teams;
- You are an active listener, you understand other's perspectives, and respond appropriately;
- You are a creative person and able to develop innovative approaches to communication to captivate and engage the audience;
- You have proficiency in digital and social media platforms, understanding trends, and utilizing them effectively for communication purposes;
- You have an affinity with young population, events and wellbeing concept;
- Team spirit is in your DNA, and you like to work in a challenging environment with a dynamic team.
