As part of our expanding development, we are currently looking for an Intern to reinforce our Small-Cap Transaction Advisory team in Brussels.
Your Position
You main tasks will consist in:
- Prepare tailored pitches and participate in their commercial presentations towards potential clients;
- Draft presentations and prepare memoranda for clients, advisors, investors and other third parties;
- Create financial models;
- Carry out indepth analyses of companies, industries and markets;
- Support in transaction execution and coordination between clients, advisors, investors and other third parties;
Your Profile
- You are pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering or Law.
- You have strong analytical and numerical skills, while being resultsdriven with a handson approach.
- You are passionate about M&A, financial modelling and corporate strategy and you have a clientoriented mindset.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- You enjoy working in a team setting but are also able to work autonomously.
- You are committed to excellence and willing to maintain high professional standards.
- A first relevant experience would be a plus.
