Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle goederen aanwezig zijn en zorgt voor een 'state of the art' productieplanning om onze afgewerkte producten tijdig bij de klant te krijgen.
**Jouw dagelijkse taken**:
- Je staat in voor de wekelijkse en dagelijkse productieplanning van een aantal ateliers. Je baseert je hiervoor op het voorstel dat vanuit het ERP-pakket (Microsoft Dynamics AX) dagelijks wordt berekend;
- Als planner sta je tevens in voor het bijsturen van de parameters die mee aan de basis liggen van dit productievoorstel;
- Je volgt de aanvoer van grondstoffen mee op zodat de machines & grondstoffen optimaal ingezet kunnen worden;
- Je fungeert als back-up van je collega-productieplanners zodat jullie elkaar volledig kunnen vervangen tijdens verlofperiodes;
- Je onderhoudt nauw contact met je collega's van de binnendienst waarbij je hen tijdig op de hoogte brengt in geval afgesproken leverdata niet haalbaar zouden zijn;
- Je zoekt continu naar optimalisaties in de supply chain;
- Je helpt mee bij eindejaarscontroles en andere ad hoc controles.
**Wat verwachten we van jou**:
- Een graduaat in Planning en Productiebeheer of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Ervaring is een plus maar jouw interesse en jouw drive om ervoor te gaan is nog meer van belang;
- Hierbij schrik je er niet voor terug om je het systeem volledig eigen te maken;
- Je denkt proactief mee aan verbeterprocessen om de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen;
- Je bent communicatief & hands on;
- Je bent een vlotte contactpersoon, zowel intern (mensen in productie omgeving) als extern (leveranciers);
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan zelfstandig en standvastig werken.
