**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team Works & Move is een onderdeel van Corporate Buildings en verzorgt interieurinrichting, onderhoud (exclusief technisch), interne verhuizingen, het transport van goederen binnen en buiten de gebouwen van AG, de logistieke ondersteuning van events, het klaarzetten van de vergaderzalen, de opvolging van het warehouse en het beheer van de laad
- en loskade. Daarnaast kunnen er ook steeds taken toegewezen worden in functie van projecten. Om dit team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar **een Coordinator Works & Move**.

Als coördinator volg je de organisatie van de taken op en controleer je de planning, de prioriteiten en de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk. Daarnaast schat je ook steeds de werklast van het team in op korte en lange termijn, dit met het oog op het eventueel inzetten en boeken van een externe partner.

Je plant en coördineert de activiteiten van een 12-tal interne medewerkers. Daarnaast doe je waar nodig ook de begeleiding van externe specialisten of leveranciers voor de opdrachten die tot de taken van het team horen. Je doet dit steeds met het oog op het respecteren van de veiligheidsregels en de bedrijfspolicy van AG.

Je zorgt voor de correcte registratie van de taken in de desbetreffende software en zorgt voor een rapportering naar het management. Daarnaast verwerf je kennis en hand-on ervaring om inzicht te verwerven in de processen van eigen afdeling en hun interactie met andere afdelingen, met het oog op continue verbetering van bestaande processen.

Je werkt samen met experten van de eigen en/of andere afdelingen in het kader van projecten.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke Buildings Works & Move.

Je voornaamste takenpakket omvat:

- De taken van team Works & Move organiseren, plannen en opvolgen. En hen ondersteunen bij hun taken op het terrein.
- Rapporteren aan je hiërarchie.
- De uitvoering van de taken inspecteren en opvolgen.
- Deelnemen aan het opstellen, opvolgen en beheren van de budgetten.
- Administratie opvolgen (vb. vergaderingen voorbereiden, taken plannen, rapporteren...).

- Je bent gemotiveerd, werkt pragmatisch en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Je kan je eigen werk en dat van anderen goed organiseren om gevraagde doelstellingen te halen.
- Je kan zowel in team als autonoom werken. Je kan nauwgezet rapporteren en doet dit steeds op een discrete manier.
- Je hebt een uitgebreide ervaring bij het begeleiden van projecten en het coördineren en plannen van taken.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en kan correct communiceren in het Frans en het Nederlands.
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een hogere opleiding (bachelor, graduaat...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
