About the role:

We are seeking a Digital Fluency Specialist to join our Data, Digital, and Technology department.

This supporting role will focus on the change management theme of our digital transformation, educating and enhancing the digital capabilities of our organization.

The primary responsibility of the Digital Fluency Specialist will be to inform, promote, and deploy training materials related to digital fluency across the company.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in enabling our employees to embrace the digital journey and maximize their potential in the digital era.


How you will contribute:

  • Partner with our Learning Organization and understand the digital fluency program. The goal of the program is to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the digital landscape.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops and presentations to employees at all levels to enhance their digital literacy and fluency.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of digital fluency initiatives, collect feedback, and continuously improve training programs based on the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Stay uptodate with best practices and provide recommendations for integrating new content into the digital fluency program.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to align digital fluency initiatives with broader organizational training and development strategies.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Digital Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools, technologies, and trends, including but not limited to data analytics, cybersecurity, and automation.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and technical information to nontechnical audiences.
  • Experiencing in developing and delivering training materials, presentations, and workshops.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace continuous learning.
