Job Description:
Your mission as Customer Succes Advisor in Brussels is to contribute to an easy, fluid and efficient journey for all the customers.
You will support SME clients
You operates around 50 interactions (mails, calls) each day.
You operate customer onboarding of new clients.
You solve complex cases (incidents, requests, claims,...) for the customers.
You help to simplify, optimize en enhance processes, customers journeys and satisfaction.
Your input is really imporant:
you give feedback to other departments to improve the journeys and the processes.
Cross-sell: you collaborate with the sales team to generate additional business.
You also give support as a 2nd and 3rd line.
Job Requirements
Your profile as a Customer Experience Advisor in Brussels:
You hold a Bachelor degree.
You are fluent in Dutch and in French (knowledge of English is a +).
You like to help clients and deliver a service of quality.
You are customer and result-oriented.
You are strong in communication.
You are a real team player: collaboration is the key
You have energy and enthusiasm.
You are pragmatic with a good sense of initiative.
You are curious and always looking to learn.
