About the role

Your Impact as Market Manager:

  • As a Market Manager Masonry, you will lead the sales process for masonry reinforcement for Belgium, with initial focus on the Benelux.
  • You will create value for our customers and the entire chain, through a deep understanding of the business of your customers and thanks to your strong project consultancy and advisory skills.
  • You articulate solutions and demonstrate the realized value of our products. You support the customer project.
  • You gather further insights of new evolutions in the market during your sales journey, to help grow the business.

About You

Essential skills & competencies

  • You have a master's degree in economics, marketing, or business administration.
  • You have experience in the construction industry.
  • You have passion for sales with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • You have experience with channel management.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a great asset.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally.
