About the role
Your Impact as TA Partner:
- You will manage a full recruitment and selection cycle.
- You will organize intakes with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HR BPs).
- You will select the right channels to recruit the best talent.
- You will position Bekaert as an employer of choice in the labor market.
- You will work closely with internal and external recruitment partners.
- You will organize tests and interviews.
- You will advise hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes.
About You
Essential skills & competencies
- You have 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in bluecollar recruitment).
- You possess skills such as knowledge of the labor market, sourcing channels, and interviewing techniques.
- You have a gogetter attitude and a customer and applicantoriented style.
- You are energetic and dynamic with a positive mindset.
- You have full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
