Electric mobility is a key part of the energy solutions that help customers lower their CO2 emissions in a convenient and cost-effective way.

The range of electric vehicles is increasing rapidly and requires flexible and high-performance charging solutions. Luminus provides these charging solutions for people at home, at work, or on the road. For consumers, businesses, car makers/dealers, and leasing companies. With user-friendliness and smart/affordable charging as the main priority.

As Transformation & Performance Manager Electric Mobility you will lead and manage the electric mobility transformation projects at Luminus, while keeping costs low and increasing revenue to grow from start-up to scale-up.

This position gives an exciting chance to support the company's sustainability vision and to promote innovation in the electric mobility sector.


Your daily job

  • Strategy development: as member of the electrical mobility management team you develop and define the strategic and digital roadmap for electric mobility initiatives, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Program management: lead the planning, execution and monitoring of electric mobility programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Managing the IT/digital roadmap in close collaboration with the IT internal steering committee to meet the business and operational needs of the electric mobility activities, manage retrospectives and improve continuously on the lessons learned.
  • Managing relationships with external IT service providers as well as key stakeholders (especially the IT department of Luminus) to implement the IT/digital roadmap.
  • Governance the external ODOO partner by playing a key role at the external steerco committee, setting up a clear way forward way of working with the external Project manager which is followed up and having a professional successful collaboration which brings the best out of it.
  • Manage the IT budget with a focus on quality, cost optimization and a business case approach. Review and approve the external IT deliverables (periodic invoices). Define, report and improve defined KPI's with (top) management.
  • Market analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the electric mobility market, providing insights to facilitate strategic decisionmaking.
  • Regulatory compliance: stay uptodate of regulatory requirements and standards related to electric mobility, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all aspects.
  • Performance measurement: establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of electric mobility transformation programs and provide regular reports and updates. Act as the link between the electric mobility team and the data intelligence team. Gather and validate reporting requirements about new and fundamentally changing (K)PIreports.
  • Process management/documentation: analyzing, maintaining and improving process flows and working methods.
  • Continuous improvement: responsible for (K)PI trend analysis and related process improvements.
  • Monitor financial performance: monitor and report financial performance towards the Luminus Financial department (accounting and controlling).
  • People Management: follow up, support and inform the Transformation & Performance team.

Your profile

  • At least 10 years of experience in program/project management, IT/Digital management and budget management with strong structuring skills for the scaling phase.
  • Certification or relevant experience in project & process improvement methodologies like Prince2, PMP, Lean, DMAIC, Agile
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills both business and financial.
  • Strategic thinker able to switch from a helicopter view to a handson mentality depending the situation (Tprofile).
  • Able to integrate information coming from different sources, set the right priorities and decide accordingly.
  • Able to make decisions based on (in)complete information and to initiate the necessary actions to implement the decisions taken.
  • Able to collaborate with / build bridges between different departments and teams.
  • Able to use your authenticity and expertise to advise other teams and to increase their awareness about change initiatives and way of working.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Customer First mindset and passion for entrepreneurship.
  • Master's degree in business, management, electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Business acumen in the Electrical Mobility domain is a plus.
  • Fluent language skills NL/FR/EN
