Als **Purchase en Category Manager** bij AMP speel je een cruciale rol in het efficiënt beheren van ons assortiment, zowel voor **food als non-food producten**. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **selecteren van het assortiment en het onderhouden van relaties** met onze belangrijkste leveranciers.
Je speelt eveneens een cruciale rol in** de rentabiliteit van de afdeling.** Je zorgt ervoor dat we met een concurrentiële verkoopprijs een continue groei kunnen genereren terwijl je er over waakt dat gezonde marges de rentabiliteit van de afdeling garanderen.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je **selecteert** het **assortiment** **foodproducten**:
- Je **onderhoudt contact en onderhandelt** regelmatig met onze **belangrijkste leveranciers**, waaronder Coca-Cola.
- Hoewel de contracten met onze leveranciers vastliggen, **bespreek je de jaarlijkse commerciële budgetten** om zo de budgetten te optimaliseren, de promoties te bespreken en de beste deals te garanderen.
- Voor food volg je voornamelijk het jaarprogramma van de leveranciers, waarbij de focus ligt op het aanbieden van het juiste assortiment.
- Voor **non-foodproducten** - zoals e-sigaretten, rookaccessoires, plushe knuffels, speelgoed, stationary,- ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **pro-actief selecteren van nieuwe producten**.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatig **rechtstreekse contacten met 15 à 20 leveranciers **- waaronder BAT, Bic,- en bepaalt in overleg met hen het assortiment.
- Elk jaar maak je afspraken met de leveranciers om het **promotieplan** te bepalen
- Je speelt in op **seizoensgebonden trends en hypes** om het assortiment relevant te houden.
Algemene taken:
- Je maakt een **selectie van aanbiedingen voor onze maandelijkse online folders** en stelt deze samen voor zowel food als non-food producten.
- Je bepaalt de prijzen en marges van de produkten
- Het **opvolgen van promotieplannen en category management** behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket.
- Je **verzamelt masterdata** van alle geselecteerde producten en communiceert deze informatie naar het masterdata team voor verdere verwerking.
- Je **werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen** binnen AMP. Zo zal je onder andere samenwerken met ons **sales departement **om in overleg met hen de promotionele programma's te laten aansluiten met de commerciële strategie. Samen met onze **marketing** afdeling zorg je voor een correcte opvolging van de promotionele tools en voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de webshop. Ook zal je nauw samenwerken met onze afdeling **replenishment** zodat voor de producten correcte voorraden kunnen worden aangehouden en dit zowel tijdens als buiten promotionele periodes.
- Je onderhoudt **partnerships** met leveranciers en streeft naar **vernieuwing en groei binnen ons assortiment.**:
- Je **bouwt relaties op met belangrijke key-accounts**.
**Profiel**:
Deze rol vereist een hands-on mentaliteit en proactieve werkhouding.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, dien je eveneens te voldoen aan de volgende criteria:
- 5 jaar ervaring in aankoop binnen een distributieomgeving.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met category management en het ontwikkelen van promotionele programma's.
- Resultaatgericht, in staat om onder druk te werken en strakke deadlines te halen.
- Sterk gevoel van ownership en verantwoordelijkheid.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel, Word en andere relevante software.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
