Are you someone who thrives in digital projects and loves to be present in all phases of building a digital product?

We are looking for a talented and experienced digital product manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of our digital products, ensuring they meet customer needs, and drive business growth.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including designers, marketeers, and strategists, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.


What will you do:

  • Analyze the innovation challenge from the client (the why, how, and what) and translate it into a design thinking project approach.
  • Analyze and identify the customer needs, market trends and the competition.
  • Develop product roadmaps and feature lists based on customer and business requirements
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to define product specifications, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue, to optimize product performance
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to executives and stakeholders
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Continuously iterate and improve products based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics
  • Manage product lifecycle, including endoflife decisions and product sunsetting

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree
- min. 4 years of relevant work experience in client-focused role or min 2 years of experience in leading digital/creative projects for clients

  • Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Good knowledge of UX/UI design principles and techniques
  • You are the right kind of difficult: you know when to push and when to deliver.
  • You know your (usercentered) design thinking tools and methodologies
