Met een duidelijke missie, visie en strategie ondersteunt GSMS de digitale transformatie van verschillende specifieke sectoren (horeca, retail, dienstencheques) en helpt hen meer bepaald bij het beheer van hun human resources. Dankzij onze oplossingen kunnen onze klanten onder andere hun HR-administratie en het beheer van hun planningen vereenvoudigen. Ze krijgen een realtime overzicht van hun loonkosten en zijn tegelijkertijd altijd zeker dat ze voldoen aan de geldende wetgeving.
**GSMS maakt deel uit van Group S.**
**Functie**:
Als **Product Specialist** zorg je door je brede kennis van het betreffende product of een assortiment producten voor een uitstekende productlevering en analyseer je markttrends. Daarnaast ontwikkel je sales, prijsbeleid en winststrategieën, stel je verbeteringen voor, signaleer je kansen en draag je bij aan de omzetstijging.
- Je voert marktonderzoek uit, lanceert enquêtes, bestudeert de producten van de concurrentie, enz.
- Dankzij je actieve onderzoeken en je networking, spoor je de noden op van toekomstige klanten en zet je deze om in de verkoop van diensten en oplossingen. Je identificeert nieuwe marktmogelijkheden en rapporteert alle relevante informatie aan je Manager.
- Je neemt de verkoopcyclus in handen, van de prospectie tot de ondertekening van het contract.
- Gedurende het hele verkoopproces ben jij het enige aanspreekpunt voor alle productgerelateerde vragen.
- Samen met je collega's ontwikkel je strategieën, businessplannen en samenwerkingsvoorstellen om de omzet en rentabiliteit te verhogen.
- Je organiseert en neemt deel aan productlanceringen en diverse aanverwante evenementen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor productdemonstraties en opleidingen voor klanten, hun werknemers en andere belanghebbenden.
- Je geeft relevante aanbevelingen en suggesties aan het Technology Team.
