To strengthen our team, we are sourcing a Sr Specialist Integrated Talent Management (ITM) and People Engagement for our Benelux market.

People Engagement will play a critical role in driving the right mindset, right culture at the right level of the organization. They will own the Inclusion Diversity and Equity strategy as well as articulating the connection between Internal Communication and Employee listening.

The role’s responsibilities are divided among the following:
1. Employee experience and action planning
- Support the ITM & People Engagement Manager with the coordination and execution of engagement programs in the markets
- Support projects with engagement/communication focus, to address local pain points and employee needs
- Contribute in running Local Employee listening activities, engaging with the P&C team, Global People Engagement and Global Communication Teams to understand key programs, practices and engagement priorities, and implement initiatives that support the growth, success and sense of belonging of employees in the Benelux
- Analyze and interpret the results of organization surveys, do a deep-dive analysis on issue areas and support Managers to diagnose organizational issues/situations.

2. Internal communication:

- Create, publish and monitor engaging content in alignment with PMI communications guidelines and in synergies between external & internal communication, social responsibility, building reputation, loyalty & brand
- Create and maintain an annual communication calendar and channels
- Support in the execution on communication plan, by actively creating content, implementing new internal communication channels and ideas to improve the communication outcomes
- Act as Subject-matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the key stakeholders in the market to collect all the communication needs, develop and manage calendars of key messages to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely delivery of internal communication material and to avoid message conflicts.
- Support in monitoring and report the progress of people engagement initiatives and adjust the plan accordingly (regarding initiatives, audiences, content, and channels)

3. Change management:

- Support change management projects, by leveraging the global toolkit, for changes impacting more than one function.

4. Diversity Equity & Inclusion & Wellbeing:

- Coordinate the deployment of global Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI ) programs and activations, identifying common approaches to localisation and mapping out of activities for both markets.
- Coordinate External Certifications related activities: action plans, data gathering, presentations and audits.
- Support in deploying initiatives to increate an inclusive, safe and empowering culture, possibly leading smaller initiatives, by actively creating content.
- Support in tracking of success on I&D measures.

We are looking for:

- Hold a university degree preferably in business administration, communications, and relevant fields.
- At least 3+ years of working experience in People & Culture (HR)
- Internal communication area in complex Organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (incl. copywriting, storytelling, and presentations).
- Experience in culture components design, people engagement, stakeholder management, change management, project management, channel ecosystem set up and management
- Data management, insight development
- Ability to work within cross functional teams and positive attitude
- Stakeholder management - Ability to develop trusting relationships
- Digital channels and social networks savyness
- Efficiency Action Oriented - Learning on the Fly - Organizational Agility
- Ability to work at pace with autonomy
- Creativity and Entrepreneurial Spirit
