Business Solutions Manager

**Management Resources**, een divisie van de Robert Half groep, is dé specialist en marktleider voor (senior) interim managers. Interim Managers zijn experten in hun domein (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, General Management, Legal, Sales & Marketing, ICT, PMO, Project Management) die ondernemingen ondersteunen voor tijdelijke projecten, zowel in het kader van business continuity als binnen een change management context. Om de verdere groei van **Management Resources** in België te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een **Business Solutions Manager** om ons in **Antwerpen** team te versterken.
Hoe je dat doet?
- je bent een sterke business partner die op executive level voldoende geloofwaardigheid kan opbouwen door de noden van de business op korte en lange termijn goed te begrijpen en te analyseren; je hebt de ambitie om de vertrouwenspersoon van jouw klanten te worden; zo denken ze eerst aan jou voor de ondersteuning van nieuwe projecten;
- je gebruikt dus je ervaring voor het identificeren van potentiële projectnoden en biedt de beste oplossing aan je klant door het inzetten van de juiste Interim Manager;
- naast een eerste pipeline van business die je in je opleidingstraject toegewezen zal krijgen is het belangrijk dat je zelf een breed netwerk ontwikkelt en dat je kwalitatieve professionele relaties opbouwt met klanten door actieve prospectie bij hun Senior Management (C-level);
- je werkt nauw samen met onze Talent Solutions Specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor de opvolging van onze interim managers maar je identificeert, selecteert en ontmoet ook zelf interim managers zodat je de voeling met die markt goed behoudt en zodat je ook beter de challenges van je klanten begrijpt;
- je verzekert een hoogstaande kwalitatieve samenwerking tussen alle partijen door een nauwe opvolging van ieder project; je bent immers de single point of contact voor jouw klant voor alles wat interim management betreft en elk project bij je klant wordt door jou persoonlijk opgevolgd, van start tot finish;
- we moedigen je aan om aan professionele netwerking evenementen deel te nemen en we bieden je hier ook alle ondersteuning in.
Wie ben jij?
- je beschikt over een Master diploma bij voorkeur in een economische richting;
- je hebt 4 tot 10 jaar expertise opgebouwd binnen een bedrijfsomgeving of in een gelijkaardige fucntie;
- je beschikt over een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels
- je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld, en hebt een sterk beoordelingsvermogen;
- je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden, en je bent servicegericht
- Je bent sales minded is en je wil je skills daarin verbeteren of je ziet hierin een (eerste) uitdaging
- je bent een gedreven, proactieve, resultaatgerichte professional met een sterke teamgeest
- je hebt een mature, flexibele en extraverte persoonlijkheid met een wil tot slagen in een ambitieuze en snelgroeiende organisatie.
