Om hun dynamisch team in Brussel te versterken zijn zij op zoek naar een Financial controller. Als Financial Controller ben je voornamelijk verantwoordelijk, in samenwerking met de Sr. Financial Controller, voor de analyse van de resultaten, de voorbereiding en opvolging van de prognoses en de rapportering voor hun entiteiten in België en het Groothertogdom Luxemburg.
**Omschrijving**:
- Je rapporteert aan de Head of Finance en werkt ook nauw samen met de Accounting Manager en zijn team.
- Je werkt mee aan de maand-, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluiting
- Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van budgetten en prognoses
- Je stelt financiële rapporten op voor het directiecomité en de lokale operationele managers alsook voor de groep
- Je past boekhoudkundige regels toe en ziet toe op de naleving ervan
- Je bent betrokken bij het auditproces (intern/extern)
- Je neemt actief deel aan bepaalde boekhoudkundige operaties ter ondersteuning van het boekhoudkundig team
- Je schrijft procedures en optimaliseert de werkwijze terwijl je de controle versterkt.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bepaalde projecten voor continue verbetering zoals de implementatie van nieuwe tools en systemen (nieuwe SAP-module, enz.)
- Je werkt samen met de operationele teams om hun uitdagingen en kansen te begrijpen en deze te vertalen in cijfers
- Je ontwikkelt financiële strategieën om de groei van het bedrijf te ondersteunen
**Takenpakket**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma economie (boekhouding - financiën) of gelijkwaardig
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Financial Controller of in een gelijkaardige rol
- Je bent nauwkeurig, nauwgezet en hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen
- Je communiceert effectief met interne en externe belanghebbenden en bent een teamspeler
- Je werkt graag met systemen en verbetert deze graag
- Je bent drietalig: Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent vlot in Excel en hebt een goede kennis van Office 365 in het algemeen
- Ervaring met SAP ERP is een pluspunt
