**Wie ben je?**
- Je energie komt in een stroomversnelling van veel en vooral ook verschillende soorten contacten (ondernemers, sprekers,)
- Vanuit gesprekken leg je moeiteloos linken met bestaande opportuniteiten binnen ons aanbod die ondernemers kunnen versterken.
- Je glas is altijd halfvol en zal eerder de mogelijkheden zien. Constructief denken zit dus in je bloed.
- Je haalt uit de verhalen van ondernemers onmiddellijk de gemeenschappelijke essentie en in overleg met het team kan het zijn dat er zo een nieuw aanbod ontstaat. Hierbij kan je goed een onderscheid maken in economische belangrijkheid.
- Je formuleert het UNIZO aanbod voor KMO's op een heldere en interessante manier waardoor het onmiddellijk duidelijk is wat de meerwaarde is
- Wanneer een deadline voor een traject nadert en er onvoldoende inschrijvingen zijn schakel je een tandje bij
- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze KMO werking
- Je woont trajecten bij en zorgt dat ondernemers tevreden naar huis gaan
- Je herkent je moeiteloos in onze DISKO waarden (Duurzaamheid, Innovatief, Samenwerkend, Klantgedreven, Ondernemend)
