Your mission will involve:
Strategic Partnership:
Forge and maintain strategic relationships with indirect spend owners and suppliers across various business lines.
Project Leadership:
Spearhead impactful, cross-functional projects with a focus on innovation and patient-centric solutions.
Global Strategy Implementation:
Execute global sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs and financial objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution:
Implement global sourcing strategies, adapting to local business requirements and market dynamics.
Benefit Management:
Oversee financial benefits, ensuring alignment with the Spend Management Framework and stakeholder agreements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders, aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
Supplier Management:
Manage and optimize supplier contracts and performance, fostering global opportunities and ensuring supply chain efficiency.
About You:
Experience:
Proven track record in procurement within a highly regulated industry, with experience managing international and cross-functional projects focused on indirect sourcing.
Skills:
Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of the organization.
Mindset:
Strategic thinker with a global perspective, capable of nurturing a complex network of internal and external relationships.
Language:
Fluency in English is essential; French is a nice-to-have.
