Met meer dan **350 medewerkers** is **TheValueChain** één van **dé toonaangevende SAP consulting bedrijven** in België, en daarbuiten (**Nederland, Frankrijk, Zwitserland en Luxemburg**). **Je verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je neemt **zelf een aantal vacatures** voor je rekening, maar bovenal **manage je het recruitment proces** op een proactieve en gestructureerde manier.
- Je kan hiervoor rekenen op de support van een **gedreven collega** en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om, afhankelijk van de recruitment noden, **flexibel extra acties of mankracht** in te zetten als dat een efficiënte impact heeft op het aantal aanwervingen dat je kan realiseren met je team.
- Je evalueert continu **hoe jullie het R&S proces verder kunnen optimaliseren** en je **prioriteert de R&S acties en projecten** die de meeste impact zullen hebben op het binnenhalen van nieuwe medewerkers. Je bent de **drijvende kracht achter deze projecten** en acties en zorgt ervoor dat jullie als team de juiste zaken implementeren op de juiste momenten.
- Je coördineert alle **employer branding activiteiten** binnen TheValueChain, in nauwe samenwerking met het Marketing team.
- Je krijgt de kans om je horizon te blijven verbreden, door jezelf te **voeden met de nieuwste evoluties** op vlak van hiring en bredere HR, en door **externe partnerschappen** aan te gaan met bedrijven die de hiring bij TheValueChain kunnen accelereren.
- In de oplossingen die je biedt **mag je sterk out of the box denken**, zolang je een business case kan brengen die de moeite waard is. Je kan werken met pilots en je aanpak bijsturen, zodat je oplossingen ontwikkelt die ons een competitief voordeel bieden en opzichte van onze concurrenten.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan **Els, onze Human Capital Manager**, en je zal een **echte strategische partner** zijn voor onze **Unit Leads** en voor ons **Senior Management**.
