**Functiebeschrijving**
Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit verschillende onderdelen.
- Payroll: je hebt verantwoordelijkheid over de complete payrolladministratie op de afdeling HR Support:
Je zorgt voor een goede werkverdeling in het team Je fungeert als back-up voor de collega's, Je biedt ondersteuning en geeft uitleg daar waar nodig. Zelf beheer je een aantal dossiers van A-Z om zo steeds voeling te houden met de loonadministratie van onze Belgische medewerkers in Eblox (Sociaal Secretariaat SD Worx). Je bent in staat om vragen van medewerkers, overheidsdiensten, verzekeringsmaatschappijen, sociaal secretariaat in verband met contracten, lonen, sociale wetgeving (ziekte, zwangerschapsverlof,), eindejaarspremies, vakantiegeld, bonussen,te beantwoorden en staat in voor berekeningen van vakantierechten, eindejaarspremies, verbrekingsvergoedingen e.d.
- Comp&Ben: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de compensation & benefits van de organisatie en coördineert de daar bijhorende acties in je team.
- Administratie: je bent een kei in administratie Zo maak je o.a. contracten en addenda op, behandel je aanvragen tot tijdskrediet en ouderschapsverlof en bereid je juridische dossiers voor indien nodig.
- People: naar je team toe ben jij de go to person als het gaat over payroll expertise en verdere begeleiding, coaching en coördinatie in de taken, maar fungeert ook als backup en biedt ondersteuning in de permanentie.
- Rapportage: je bent verantwoordelijk voor periodieke adhoc payroll
- en personeelsrapporteringen. Je geeft advies over ongoing projecten en stelt (digitale) optimalisaties (workflows, way of working) voor de administratieve afdeling voor.
Kortom je bent steeds op de hoogte van nieuwe richtlijnen en laatste veranderingen op payroll gebied en weet deze te vertalen in een actieplan met verbetertrajecten. Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager Belgium.
**Functie-eisen**
Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in personeelswerk of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, je bent proactief en inzichten in efficiëntie en zakelijkheid. Je bent al enkele jaren werkzaam in een generalistische HR Payroll functie en hebt hier een brede expertise in opgebouwd. Ervaring in een coördinerende functie is een pluspunt Je kan je zowel mondeling, maar vooral schriftelijk vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Je kan ook collega's in het Frans verder helpen. De sociale wetgeving en payrollwetgeving volg jij op de voet en kent weinig geheimen. Je bent een expert in de courante Office-toepassingen zoals Word, Excel, Outlook en weet hierdoor ook efficiënt te kunnen werken. Een goede kennis van tijdsregistratiesystemen & payroll tools is vereist, bij voorkeur eBlox (SD Worx) en Quinyx (WFM) Je bent leergierig, kan gestructureerd en zelfstandig werken in een dynamische en flexibele omgeving.
