Onze klant is de milieudivisie van de groep Derichebourg die in België 140 medewerkers telt. Deze firma is internationaal een belangrijke speler op vlak van afvalbeheer en recyclage. In België zorgen zij voor inzameling van schroot en oude metalen op negen Cashmetal sites. Daarnaast staan zij zelf in voor de verwerking van metalen uit afval. Zij hechten waarde aan hun familiaal karakter en de teamspirit die daarbij hoort. Ecologie, sociaal engagement en ethisch verantwoorde bedrijfsvoering zijn belangrijke pijlers binnen dit bedrijf en dragen bij tot hun succes. De commerciële dienst is cruciaal, verdeeld over drie regio's en opgesplitst in schroot en non-ferro metaal, zink, lood en aluminium.
Wij zoeken ter versterking van het sales team van Derichebourg Belgium regio Brussel en Vlaanderen een:

Jobomschrijving
Dit betreft een commerciële B2B buitendienstfunctie waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor zowel het aankoop- als verkoopproces. Als aankoper-verkoper treed je zelfstandig op en neem je beslissingen, met ondersteuning van je teamleden. De binnendienst staat in voor de administratieve taken. Om de specifieke kennis en vaardigheden van de branche te verkrijgen, wordt een aangepast opleidingstraject aangeboden. Je krijgt een uitgebreide producttraining, leert de eigenschappen van de metalen gedetailleerd kennen, en wordt begeleid bij het aankoop- en verkoopproces.
Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Als aankoper onderhandel je dagelijks ter plaatse met leveranciers voor de meest kostenefficiënte prijzen
- Je streeft naar de beste deals met een optimaal evenwicht tussen marge en volume, rekening houdend met de context en belangen van het bedrijf
- Je beheert bestaande leveranciersrelaties en versterkt deze
- Je voert prospectie uit om langdurige samenwerkingen met nieuwe bedrijven op te zetten
- Je voltooit aankopen en houdt toezicht op de naleving van overeenkomsten door leveranciers, zoals kwaliteit, prijzen en leveringstermijnen
- Ook voor de verkoop van materialen leg je contacten, onderhoud je relaties en bouw je een uitgebreid zakelijk netwerk op
