As a Valuation Expert, you will :

  • Deliver reports for all asset classes suitable for regulator and transactional applications
  • Work closely with the Head of Valuations for professional development
  • Promote our brand in the local market through delivering excellent customer-focused solutions
  • Focus on producing thorough reports and fostering client relationships
  • Develop the regions of Brussels and Wallonia.

Requirements for the Valuation Expert role include:

  • 2+ years of professional real estate valuation experience
  • Team player mentality
  • Ability to take day-to-day responsibility and execute instructions with minimal supervision
  • Analytical skills to identify market trends and information
  • Capability to form and justify opinions on property values
  • Confidence in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Trilingual in French, Dutch, and English
