Pour notre département Fibre, nous recherchons un City Program Manager.

Vos tâches et responsabilités:

- Vous portez la responsabilité financière et qualitative de l'ensemble des travaux au sein de Solutions30, de la conception à la livraison en passant par la construction.
- Vous êtes le Program Manager et responsable du suivi, du reporting et de la communication dans le cadre du déploiement du réseau FTTH.
- Vous êtes redevable au COO Solutions30 par le biais de rapports et de consultations concernant l'avancement.
- Vous gérez une équipe de coordinateurs de préparation, de chefs d'équipe d'ingénierie et (chef d'équipe) de construction.
- Vous êtes autorisé à prendre des décisions concernant la planification, l'exécution et la gestion des équipes de projets que vous supervisez.

Vos responsabilités:

- Financier : vous avez une vision complète des coûts et des revenus. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le contrôleur financier dans le but de suivre et d'ajuster l'évolution financière. Vous suivez les finances par Teamlead sur une base hebdomadaire, posez des questions critiques si nécessaire et approuvez les commandes (montants à déterminer).
- Gestion de projet : Vous dirigez sur le temps, l'argent et la qualité, rapportez les chiffres de l'avancement, surveillez le planning et les budgets et objectifs alloués. Vous résolvez les blocages dans le projet et le processus et maintenez une administration correcte du projet.
- Leadership : vous gérez les attentes du client, l'organisation du projet et les employés s'y rapportant. Vous veillez à la composition optimale de l'équipe de projet, à son fonctionnement optimal et au bien-être professionnel de cette équipe. Vous travaillez à une bonne coopération et communication au sein des équipes de projet et vous encadrez le personnel de projet dans l'utilisation optimale de ses talents.
- Reporting : Vous rendez compte à la direction de l'avancement, de la qualité et des coûts/recettes et pouvez fournir un aperçu de l'état des affaires à tout moment.
- Gestion des parties externes : vous communiquez avec les clients, entretenez les contacts avec les clients et les relations. Participe aux consultations tactiques (et stratégiques).
- Gestion des parties concernées internes : vous assurez la coordination avec les contacts internes pour la consultation, la résolution des problèmes, les produits optimaux, la qualité du processus et l'avancement de (certaines parties du) processus et vous organisez des réunions de projet internes hebdomadaires.

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un collègue ayant les compétences suivantes:

- Vous avez de l'expérience dans le domaine de la fibre optique / FTTH.
- Grâce à votre expérience professionnelle antérieure, vous savez exactement comment commencer et mener à bien ce nouveau défi.
- Vous êtes très fort en matière de planification et d'organisation
- Vous travaillez de manière précise et structurée
- Vous êtes orienté vers les résultats et conscient des coûts
- Vous vous surpassez chaque jour pour élever votre équipe et votre projet à un niveau supérieur.
- Vous êtes basé dans nos bureaux à Gosselies, mais vous vous rendez occasionnellement sur un site ou un entrepôt d'un projet de la ville.
