GSK have an opening for a
24 month fixed term contract as a Supply Chain Communications Manager Role.
This role is required to support the Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) Change & Capabilities lead to develop the communications strategy and approach to successfully deliver the SCT Programme and related changes.
They will develop communication plans and create content to support the activities for the SCT programme, including the implementation of a new advanced planning system (APS), a new target operating model for integrated business planning (IBP), and new decision intelligence and analytical competencies, which will become the foundation for the new global supply chain at GSK.
The role will engage and work collaboratively with GSK colleagues in the global supply chain business functions and Tech as well as third parties to identify the business needs, provide recommendations on best strategy and approach, and create materials to deliver seamless and effective communications.

In this role you will
- Input and develop the communications strategy for the Supply Chain Transformation progarmme and workstreams
- Provide recommendations on how to best communicate the change plans to inspire varied GSK audiences
- Identify audience and best communications channels and content
- Develop communications plan(s) and gain approval
- Create communications materials and utilise technology
- Help tell stories in formats and ways that engage and inspire the audience
- Manage multiple stakeholders internally to deliver consistent messaging
- Measure and report communications effectiveness, providing clear recommendations for improvement
- Develop communications governance process to engage with SCT team members and key stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, action log and budget

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Strong communications experience within GSK or a similarly complex global industry
- Communications experience across complex, largescale programmes and ideally innovation projects
- Demonstrable credibility with/management of senior stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Able to communicate complex technical details to nonexperts, including senior stakeholders to drive decision making in business case scenarios
- Problemsolving abilities suitable for handling complex issues associated with the various areas collaboratively
- Creative, colloborative and curious to deliver communication to inspire others
- Advanced experience of using the Microsoft software suite: PowerPoint, Word, Teamsz, Excel etc.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Business proficiency in English language is necessary, French is a plus
