Help us contribute to the fight against disease together with our Internship Programme Required Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master programme with a specialization in Supply Chain in a European Educational Institution. Language Skills: English Additional Qualifications: Strong analytical abilities and willingness to grasp Supply Chain related systems, processes, and tools. Start Date: Immediate Duration: Ideally 9-12 months, alternatively 6-9 months with a minimum of 6 months Requirement : The internship must be a mandatory part of the curriculum, necessitating an agreement among GSK, the student, and the Educational Institution. Remunuration: As per Belgian legal standards, the internship is unpaid. However, certain expenses will be reimbursed. Your duties may encompass:
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in regulatory variation management, Master Data Management, and NPI Management for ensuring supply and business continuity. This involves gaining in-depth insight into the distinct challenges within each of these realms, collaborating with teammates to pinpoint key issues, and contributing to proposing solutions.
  • Aiding in the implementation of KPI review processes such as OTIF/Inventory/Forecasting KPIs
  • Assisting in the preparation of crucial governance presentations, including monthly S&OP, Global Supply Chain, and ad hoc regional governances
  • Assisting in devising interactive/engaging methods to enhance participation during team meetings and streamline actions, priorities, and follow-ups from weekly team meetings
