As a Transformation Manager ou will be responsible for developing the strategy, plans, risk identification & mitigations in alignment with the business ambition.
- Contribute to the definition and drive the implementation of the transformation roadmap
- Deliver with autonomy some of the key initiatives on the roadmap
- Define & implement processes, master data & system of the future to enable touchless order book fulfillment
- Owner of the digital transformation roadmap for the distribution order book part
- Aligns and coordinates system requirements for all projects with Tech department
- Responsible for the change management within the team as well as for the connection with all its stakeholders in terms of communication, trainings, documentation
- Conceptual ownership of new processes and system solutions once operational
These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Translates and details the agreed transformation roadmap into concrete projects reorganizing the operational processes, master data and system solutions in alignment with the Distribution Transformation & Processes Lead
- Map As-Is distribution order book processes, master data and business rules
- Redesign existing processes, master data & business rule in a more efficient way, leaning out and standardizing ways of working
- Collaborate closely with the GSK Supply Chain organizations to integrate with the transformation roadmap for the Vaccines and GSK space
- Defines and owns the system solution roadmap required to facilitate the transformation roadmap by
- Consolidate all functional system requirements for the projects within the system solution roadmap and feed these with the right priorities into the Tech planning in order to have the necessary system solutions and support available
- Responsible to coordinate the change management in terms of communication, trainings, documentation (Process flows, SOPs, WKIs,)
- Defines and establishes adapted governances accordingly, including operational meeting structure, terms of reference for each meeting, structural reporting, communication with stakeholders,

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration
- Ideally, having gained 35 years of experience in Operational Excellence and/or Change Management in an international or global context, within pharmaceutical or FMCG supply chain Industry
- Operational and management experience in Supply Chain processes and supporting systems within large organizations with an international business environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing transformation trajects
- Skilled in Lean and/or Operational Excellence methodology and project implementation
- Earlier involvement in system solution development of Business Intelligence and automation solutions
- Experienced in senior stakeholder management
- Project management: Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodology and implementations
- Change management: proven track record in change cycle, ic communication, training, coaching
- English and French are must
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration
- Qualification in a supply chain related discipline, logistics, supply management, demand management, operational management or MBA
- Recognized professional qualification / certification in Operational Excellence and/or Supply Chain preferred (e.g. Black Belt, operational experience, APICS certification, etc. )
- Knowledge of cGxP requirements is an asset
- Previous consulting background is an asset
- Additional qualifications in Lean or Operational Excellence methodology are a plus.
- Effective influencing skills and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
