Invest Controller

- Je maakt deel uit van de Financiële Afdeling, meer bepaald de Controlling afdeling.
- Je bent de aanspreekpartner binnen de onderneming wat betreft investeringen.
- In nauwe samenwerking met de projectverantwoordelijke begeleid je de investeringsaanvragen.
- Je organiseert de volledige opvolging van de investeringen, van planning tot en met uitvoering
- Je verzorgt de investeringsrapportering, zowel intern als naar Frankfurt.
- Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van de productiekosten, meer bepaald door het opvolgen en analyseren van de verschillende productiekost-factoren, zoals output en bezetting (idle time berekeningen).
- Je coördineert het "Continuous Improvement" gebeuren (ConCip).
- Je verzorgt de financiële ondersteuning van de verschillende verbeterteams.
- Je ondersteunt de afdeling binnen diverse financiële deelgebieden.
Profiel
- Minimum Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in de financiële getallen achter het operationele gebeuren.
- Je bent communicatief sterk om zo de brug te kunnen betekenen tussen Finance & Operations.
- Je bent sterk analytisch, en werken met cijfers schrikt je niet af.
- Je hebt zin voor nauwkeurigheid
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De prestaties van de organisatie analyseren, de financiële resultaten controleren en bijsturingen aanbevelen
- Technische ondersteuning bieden bij de realisatie van besparingen (beheersadvies, kostenstudies,...)
- De budgettaire opvolging uitvoeren en toezicht houden op de boekhoudkundige afsluitingen en inventarisverrichtingen
- Rapporteren bij de leidinggevende instanties en oplossingen voorstellen om de rendabiliteit van de organisatie te optimaliseren
- De indicatoren en procedures voor de opvolging van de activiteit van de organisatie bepalen en invoeren
- De interne controle van de organisatie opstarten of leiden
- Ramingen van de activiteiten opstellen op basis van de resultaten van de organisatie en de economische conjunctuur
