Sales Administrator is for you

Your responsibilities will include:
-
Tracking orders from encoding to invoicing, and calculating external costs related to these orders.

  • You will be responsible for the
    credit requests to the finance department.
  • You will be in regular
    contact with customers by telephone in English and French.
  • You support the
    analysis of new orders and the
    dispatch of order acknowledgements.
  • You create
    European Certificates of Conformity and regularly share files to the various group subsidiaries.
  • You manage the
    archives.
  • You take part in various
    team meetings.

Profile

  • You are fluent in
    French and
    English.
  • You have professional experience in
    customer service.
  • You have a good command of
    Office programs.
  • You
    enjoy customer contact and integrate easily into a team.
  • You are
    autonomous, solutionoriented and have good
    stress management skills.
