Sales Administrator

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Tracking orders** from encoding to invoicing, and calculating external costs related to these orders.
- You will be responsible for the **credit requests** to the finance department.
- You will be in regular **contact with customers** by telephone in English and French.
- You support the **analysis of new orders** and the **dispatch of order acknowledgements**.
- You create **European Certificates of Conform**ity and regularly share files to the various group subsidiaries.
- You manage the **archives**.
- You take part in various **team meetings**.

**Profile**
- You are fluent in **French **and **English**.
- You have professional experience in **customer service**.
- You have a good command of **Office programs**.
- You **enjoy customer contact** and integrate easily into a team.
- You are **autonomous**, solution-oriented and have good **stress management** skills.
