Function:

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Sourcing Specialist to join our client's dynamic team.

In this role, you will help shape the future of the client's IT sourcing strategy while ensuring high-quality delivery and cost efficiency.

Your expertise in managing IT sourcing for a large organization, particularly with offshore partners, will be essential in driving success.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Participate in crafting both short
- and long-term IT sourcing strategies, including the business case and defining roles and responsibilities.

  • Service Management: Work closely with key stakeholders to manage service agreements with main IT partners, including monitoring obligations and ensuring performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance value.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Enhance reporting on IT personnel (internal, external, and partner teams) and document IT sourcing processes for optimization.
  • Process Execution: Execute sourcing processes such as recurring audits of IT partners and external collaborators, contributing to the overall optimization of the sourcing strategy.
  • Experience: Proven track record in a medium to large IT department and working with offshore delivery partners.
  • Soft Skills: Discretion with confidential information, ability to work independently, strong communication and collaboration skills, creative problemsolving, and keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing complex IT sourcing strategies.
