Paynovate is growing. To confirm our position of partner of choice on the market of payment solutions and help the team develop their full potential, we are currently looking for a Head of Sales.

Your Mission

As Head of Sales, you work hands-on with other departments on the sales processes, budgeting and marketing strategies to make sure we achieve Paynovate's ambitious targets. Your 4-dimentional role encompasses:

Strategic Leadership: You act as our chief sales strategist by studying industry trends and creating an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities. You also participate in management meetings and contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy.

Team Management and Coaching: As a true people leader, you manage and coach the Sales & Account teams to improve account management and key metrics. You manage a team of about ten people across several countries, supporting your sales staff in structuring proposals that align with market demands, motivating them to meet and exceed sales targets.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: In order to meet customers' and partners' needs, you use your business acumen and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments. You collaborate with our legal, product, finance, operations, and support teams to ensure proper client onboarding, compliance, excellence in delivery, optimal customer experience, and competitiveness of our product roadmap.

Performance Monitoring: You are responsible for establishing relevant business KPIs, approving product pricing and positioning, and monitoring sales achievements versus budgeted sales. You define opportunity channels, review sales staff on their objectives and the quality of their work, and are able to suggest and enforce corrective actions to ensure goals are met.

Is this you?

  • You are passionate about fintech. Your industry experience makes you extremely knowledgeable about the payment solutions landscape and challenges.
  • Your proven track record in a sales management position makes you confident in driving a growing company's whole sales process.
  • Your master degree or equivalent by experience in large-scale organizations have provided you with sharp analytical skills and a detail- and metrics-oriented approach to sales.
  • English is like a second language to you. You are at ease using either French or Dutch to communicate with your team, clients and partners.
  • You are born to develop excellent partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Promoting cross-functional collaboration to ensure better strategic alignment is what drives you every day.
  • People leader and developer are words that describe you best. You strive to bring your team to the next level.
  • You are driven by results. Accelerating company growth is what you excel at doing. To achieve this, you used an agile & client-focused approach.
  • You are at ease working in an international environment and love interacting with other cultures.
