JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering and transferring phone calls to the switchboard
- Providing information to callers regarding the firm and referring calls if necessary
- Meeting, greeting and advising visitors
- Handling travel & hotel arrangements for the office at large and for visitors
- Managing conference room requests via the conference room booking tool
- Ordering lunches
- Checking readiness, availability and supplies for conference rooms
- Following up on late evening meal orders
- Organizing taxi bookings
- Providing backup coverage for absent colleagues

PROFILE
- You are bilingual English-French
- You have relevant experience as a Receptionist/Secretary
- You are professional, customer minded, reliable and flexible
- You are autonomous, initiativetaker and have strong communication skills
- You are team minded, well presented and have good organizational skills
