USG Professionals is op zoek naar een **Quality Improvement Specialist** onze klant in regio **Kempen**. Dit kan zowel als USG **Project consultant** als op **Freelance basis**

Als Quality Improvement Specialist ben je **gedreven door het streven naar kwaliteits
- en procesverbetering**. Je ziet kansen om zaken **anders**, **beter**, **flexibeler** en **creatiever** aan te pakken, met als **doel** het **verschil** te maken voor onze **klanten**. Door jouw frequente aanwezigheid op de productievloer creëer je draagvlak voor jouw acties en verhoog je het kwaliteitsbewustzijn van alle medewerkers.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- **Initiëren** en **coördineren** van **correctieve** en **preventieve** **acties** als reactie op **klantenklachten** of **interne** **non**-**conformiteiten**, in samenwerking met belanghebbenden zoals klanten, leveranciers, het salesteam en de productie.
- **Uitvoeren** van **QA** **trendanalyse** van KPI's en streven naar **continue optimalisatie van producten en processen**, vanaf klantspecificaties tot het afgewerkte product.
- **Geven van training** binnen de organisatie over kwaliteitsprocedures, -instructies en Q-tools, en het uitdragen van de kwaliteitsfilosofie.
- **Zoeken naar innovatieve R&D-oplossingen**, bijvoorbeeld door het inzetten van nieuwe materialen, en leiding nemen in verbeterprojecten.
- **Vertalen van klantspecificaties naar het productieproces**, inclusief beoordeling van klantspecificaties, opzetten van kwaliteitsplannen, sturen van CAPA's, optimalisatie van technologieën en productieprocessen, en het uitvoeren van validatieprocessen voor de introductie van nieuwe machines.
- Rapporteren aan de Manager Quality & Compliance.

**Profiel**
- **Masteropleiding** in een ingenieursopleiding, wetenschap, biowetenschappen of een gerelateerde studie.
- **Ervaring** in het **leiden/begeleiden van meerdere projecten**.
- **Ervaring** met risicobeoordelingen (FMEA) en instrumenten voor kwaliteitsplanning (**APQP**, **IQ**, **OQ**, **PQ**).
- Sterke leidersvaardigheden.
- Uitstekende **communicatieve** **vaardigheden** in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- **Flexibel** en in staat om zich aan te passen aan **veranderende** **omstandigheden**.
- **Teamspeler**.
