**Functieomschrijving**
Onze klant regio Leuven is een full-service centraal laboratorium actief in klinische studies. Voor de afdeling moleculaire biologie zijn we op zoek naar een technical expert moleculaire technieken. Vanwege recente groei hebben ze behoefte aan labo personeel die een centrale rol spelen in de op onderzoek gebaseerde geneesmiddelontwikkeling binnen de farmaceutische industrie. Ben je analytisch ingesteld en vind je het leuk om in een laboratoriumomgeving te werken, dan is dit misschien de kans voor jou

**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Testen met matige en hoge complexiteit uitvoeren
- Methodevalidaties ontwikkelen voor routine
- en biomarkertesten in ons groeiende laboratorium
- Uitvoeren van klinisch monsterbeheer met de juiste Chain of Custody-protocollen
- Overzicht houden van voorraad en bestellingen
- Voldoen aan goede klinische praktijken (GCP) en goede documentatiepraktijken (GDP)
- Assisteren bij het handhaven van accreditatienormen, inclusief alle controlebladen en informatiebladen over kwaliteitscontrole (CAP- en CLIA-normen)

**Profiel**
- PhD met ervaring in biotechnologie
- Kennis van Sanger sequencing/Next generation sequencing/qPRC
- Kennis Engels
