**Job description**:
Duties will be to maintain an outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, to optimize CRM and client's loyalty, to organize all matters of the corner (current administration, HR, schedules, stock management).
We expect our manager to guarantee an extraordinary client experience, being present on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities of the corner, and to manage and coach the store team to ensure succession plan and internal growth.
He/She will be reporting directly to the retail director.

- Garanderen van het imago van Sœur en het commerciële beleid van het merk
- Het verkoopteam leiden en aansturen
- Deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van de omzet en de verwezenlijking van de maandelijkse doelstellingen
- Onze klanten ontvangen in een warme en professionele sfeer.
- Klantentrouw ontwikkelen door de persoonlijke ondersteuning die je biedt
- Bijdragen tot de ontwikkeling van het imago van Soeur door de promotie van de producten en de naleving van de geldende merchandisingprocedures.
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het goede beheer van de voorraden in je verkooppunt
**Desired profile**:
We are looking for a passionate and results driven corner manager, accountable for overall store performance. A business leader who will be able to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service, meet sales and profitability expectations and manage staff effectively.
**Contract of 30 hours/week.**

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als manager.
Je bent veelzijdig, dynamisch en georganiseerd.

Vloeiend Engels of professioneel niveau vereist.
Functie voor 38 uur per week.
