  • We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague who is ready to learn and is fascinated by Supply Chain. In this position you'll report to the Supply Chain & Logistics PMO Team Manager and work from our offices in Zwevegem (flexibility on location is possible). _
As Plant-Based Supply Chain & Logistics PMO manager are you responsible for:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary and overarching projects related to manufacturing or logistics footprint changes, like new production capabilities and route-to-markets
  • Designing and shaping the Supply Chain side for New Product Innovations (NPI), Renovations and New Product Developments (NPD) with high complexity level. You assure implementation in line with the overall project plan, in close collaboration with other Supply Chain and crossfunctional disciplines
  • Identifying and implementing endtoend Supply Chain optimization and productivity initiatives
  • Codefining the Supply Chain & Logistics project priorities and identify interdependencies
  • Supporting the product portfolio management cycle during NPI/NPD's and in the existing portfolio, to reconcile Supply Chain & Operations optimization with commercial interests
About you

  • You have a master degree (Economics, engineering,.) or equivalent based on proven past experience
  • You have a good understanding of Supply Chain and/or Logistics operations based on your working experience
  • You are capable to see the bigger picture, taking the overall business calendar of a recognized international company into consideration
  • You can communicate fluently in English to formal and informal stakeholders in all relevant business disciplines and management levels
  • You are proactive, communicate actively on status and priority and do not accept the status quo. You are a real teamplayer with the ambition to grow yourself and your colleagues
  • You have an interest in and a good understanding of the surrounding software ecosystem
  • You are passionate about the world of plantbased. Affinity with the FMCG sector is an asset
