Binnen de business area Compressor Technique, is dryer media een van de groeiende producttakken in het air and gas treatment portfolio. De Airtec divisie investeert intens in de verdere uitbouw van het productteam en de opschaling van de beschikbare productiecapaciteit en aanwezige competenties.
Onze missie focust op de succesvolle lancering van nieuwe dryer media producten en processen, bestaande uit R&D op zowel materiaal- als toepassingsniveau alsook de vertaling naar commerciële eindproducten en field support services. De sterke relatie met onze klanten is gefundeerd op gegarandeerde kwaliteit, een solide leverpatroon en transparante communicatie. Dit zijn cruciale bouwstenen om onze activiteiten uit te breiden en nieuwe producttoepassingen te identificeren.
Als CNC manufacturing engineer beheer je alle bewerkingsprogramma's op onze CNC-gestuurde productiemachines. Je selecteert de geschikte tooling, je garandeert de beoogde productkwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van de machines met een geschikt onderhoudsplan, en je voert de nodige procesoptimalisaties uit. Daarnaast introduceer en coördineer je zelfstandig projecten voor de indienstname van nieuwe productiemachines en doorlooptijdreductie in kader van nieuwe product en process development initiatieven. Je behartigt algemeen methodewerk en je werkt nauw samen met je collega's voor de crosstraining van onze operatoren en de introductie van nieuwe dryer media productvarianten.
Binnen deze functie rapporteer je aan de dryer media engineering manager. Je bent tewerkgesteld op onze productiesite in Wilrijk, België. Sollicitatiegesprekken zullen ingepland worden vanaf september .
Voorkennis
Je bezit een bachelordiploma ontwerp- en productietechnologie of industriële wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig door eerdere ervaring. Praktijkervaring met industriële CNC-machines is een vereiste, waarbij je je strepen verdiende in zelfstandig projectleiderschap. Met passie voor technologie en productkwaliteit, ben je bereid je kennis over Heidenhain machinesturingen bij te schaven. Je bent bedreven in het werken met MS O en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels.
