You will work in international and cross-functional teams across Europe.

Product Owner Business Platform to provide future-proof and user friendly products for our customers.
As a
Product Owner, you are a member of the Squad responsible for either releasing a product that meets the customer's needs to achieve the business goals, or deliver a specific service.
Key Accountabilities
Overview of the main tasks:
- mandated to develop and provide a clear and inspiring technical* product vision
- synchronize technical* product vision with stakeholders
- continuous looking for validation of the product vision with stakeholders (e.g. product manager);
- Monitors the business results of the product, as well as the technical health / stability;
- Define product requirements with the team and prioritize them in the product backlog
- Ensure that product requirements solve important customer/business problems;
- Writes user stories inclusive acceptance criteria
- Continually solicits feedback from operational stakeholders, product manager,.. to prioritize product enhancements and understand business requirements;
- Manages the Release scope taking into account existing resource constraints and business priorities.
- Has authority to accept product increments delivered by the team;
- Ability to determine an incremental development approach to deliver the product.
- Contributes to Squad product development to the extent of her or his competence limited to the problem space, not the solution space.
- Technical = the software product vision, not the market vision
Expectations, Experience & Knowledge
- Being able to put yourself in the place of the customer and having the customer wishes & needs as your main focus.
- Add more value than the customer expected throughout the full customer journey
- Good communicator skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
- Ability to clearly explain the customers' and stakeholders' requirements to the squad
- English, confident in speaking and writing
- Ability to set and guard clear goals and priorities (the "what") for the squad_._
- 10 years of experience owning and delivering digital products.
Additional skills nice to have:
- Experience in Product Owner role or functional analysis.
- Experience in user story writing inclusive acceptance criteria is preferable.
- For customer facing products, having a business background is preferable.
