Voor hun vestiging in **Boom** zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren **Senior Business Development Manager** om de uitbreiding van onze klant op de Benelux-markt te leiden. Als voortrekker van commerciële ontwikkeling sta je aan de frontlinie, waarbij je nieuwe partnerschappen opzet en bestaande relaties onderhoudt.
- Je bent de communicatieverbinding zijn tussen de belangrijke klanten en interne teams.
- Door je markt
- en klantinzicht zal dit een essentiële rol spelen voor het bepalen van de commerciële strategie op zowel korte als lange termijn.
- Je zal de organisatie ondersteunen in de verdere opbouw van een nieuwe vestiging in Nederland en mogelijk ook in België.
- Je zal verder definiëren en ondersteunen bij het opstellen van prospectieve P&L's of bedrijfsplannen.
- Actief deelnemen aan het Europese LTL Netwerk ontwikkelingsproject.

**Profiel**:
- Je kunt terug kijken op enkele jaren ervaring als Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in de logistieke sector (idealiter in Road Freight Business) en hebt hierin een uitgebreid netwerk opgebouwd.
- Je bent uitstekend in het communiceren met klanten en andere belanghebbenden
- Je bent gedreven en je hebt plezier in onderhandelen
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
