Als Sales & Marketing Supportmedewerker speel je een essentiële rol in het ondersteunen van het sales
- en marketingteam. Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales & Marketing Coördinator en het accountmanagersteam. Binnen dit dynamische team zijn de volgende taken jouw verantwoordelijkheid:
- ** Uitvoeren van marketingcampagnes**: Je voert diverse marketingcampagnes uit, met de nadruk op leadgeneratie en het vergroten van de naamsbekendheid.
- ** Opstellen van sales
- en marketingrapportages**: Je maakt rapportages op, zoals ROI-analyses, Google Analytics-rapporten, social media dashboards, enz. Deze bespreek je met de Sales & Marketing Coördinator en je doet verbetervoorstellen.
- ** Ondersteuning bij beurzen**: Je helpt bij het organiseren van beurzen en neemt deel als lid van het salesteam.
- ** Marktopvolging**: Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de markt op en brengt in kaart wat er speelt bij de leveranciers. Je communiceert deze informatie intern.
- ** Concurrentieanalyse en marktpositionering**: Je volgt de concurrenten op de markt en draagt bij aan de concurrentieanalyse en de positionering van het bedrijf.
- ** Opvolging van gebruikte machines**: Je plaatst de gebruikte machines op gespecialiseerde tweedehands websites en volgt de leads op die daaruit voortkomen.
- ** Interne en externe communicatie**: Je verzorgt de interne communicatie, waaronder de interne nieuwsbrief en het opstellen en onderhouden van bedrijfspresentaties. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de externe communicatie, zoals sociale media, website, nieuwsbrief en advertenties in vakbladen.
- ** Administratieve ondersteuning**: Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan het salesteam, onder andere door het beheer van het offertesysteem en prijslijsten.
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een marketing/sales gerelateerde richting of een gelijkwaardige ervaring. Affiniteit met een technische omgeving is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Office-pakket en ervaring met verschillende marketingtools.
- Kennis van InDesign is een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om je aan te passen aan verschillende situaties. Je kunt de juiste prioriteiten stellen en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
- Zowel zelfstandig als teamspeler.
- Je kunt goed werken onder deadlines en bent gestructureerd en nauwkeurig in je aanpak.
