- Openstaande inkooporderboek bijhouden voor eigen MRP
- Orderbevestigingen en herinneringen boeken volgens richtlijnen
- Handelen op inkooporders met betrekking tot verkooporders
- Controleren, goedkeuren en versturen van aanbetalingsverzoeken
- Oplossen van kwantiteitsverschillen (intern en extern);
- Meldingen afhandelen (QN)
- Anticiperen op gewijzigde eisen
- Handelen op uitzonderingsberichten
- In-/uitplannen en annuleren voorraadartikelen
- Proactief informeren van sales over wijzigingen in leveringsvoorwaarden

**Profiel**
- Bachelors diploma
- Zeer goede Engelse en Nederlandse talenkennis. Frans is een pluspunt
- Analytische vaardigheden
- Teamplayer en je kan ook goed zelfstandig werken
- Kennis van MS Office
- Je begrijpt supply chain logistiek
- Je bent een onderhandelaar met oog voor detail
- Je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen
- Kennis SAP is een grote plus
