We are looking for talented bachelor's and master's degree holders in electro-mechanics in the West Flanders region to join our team.

As a reliability engineer, you will work in a team at our customers' production sites on projects aimed at increasing the reliability and availability of the machinery. These customers are major industrial players in processes, pharmaceuticals, energy, metallurgy, etc.

Being part of the I-care project team, you will support customers in implementing reliability and maintenance best practices. You will also participate in training to master tools like Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), RCMs, risk analysis, and lubrication plan development.

Additionally, you will develop detailed and well-founded preventive maintenance plans, maintenance instructions, and procedures for maximum safety, quality, and operational reliability. By using our numerous case studies, you will find practical solutions to our customer's issues.

Thanks to close collaboration with the client, you will identify new opportunities and leverage I-care's technology portfolio through our R&D department (real-time monitoring, web-based analyses with Wi-Care, etc.).

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (electro-mechanics, maintenance, etc.).

- Collecting information, analyzing, reporting, and presenting results are activities that give you satisfaction.
