**Mission**:
En tant qu'assistant-e Manager, votre rôle consiste à coordonner et à suivre les tâches que les employé-e-s de **votre département (boucherie - traiteur - poisson)** effectuent.
Vous garantissez la bonne tenue du département et maîtrisez tous les processus liés au rayon.
Vous rapportez directement au manager du département.

**Domaine de responsabilités**:

- Vous placez le client au centre de vos préoccupations en l'écoutant, en l'informant et en l'aidant.
- Vous assurez la présence d'étiquettes de prix correctes.
- En collaboration avec l'équipe, vous travaillerez à l'attractivité du département.
- Vous assurez le suivi des commandes, la gestion des stocks et l'organisation du travail de l'équipe.
- Vous connaissez les principes d'approvisionnement et de vente et vous les appliquez.
- Vous appliquez les procédures propres au département et à votre domaine d'expertise.
- Vous faites des suggestions au manager de département pour améliorer les actions commerciales, la gestion des stocks et l'organisation du travail en général.
- Vous aidez votre manager à atteindre les objectifs fixés.

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire (ou équivalent par expérience).
- Vous avez une première expérience professionnelle en vente / réassort / vente au détail / hôtellerie ou restauration.
- Vous avez le potentiel de diriger une équipe et vous prenez des initiatives.
- Vous êtes flexible : vous travaillez selon un horaire variable dont le samedi.
- Vos qualités : orientation client et résultat, sens de l'organisation et des priorités, esprit d'équipe, bonne communication.
