- Superviser et encadrer les managers des équipes opérationnelles de notre entité Customer & Services Relations (activité Payroll) tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance et des livrables, afin d'améliorer continuellement nos services et de garantir la satisfaction des clients.
- Développer une stratégie pour votre entité alignée sur la vision de l'entreprise, traduisant les objectifs en plans d'action concrets à moyen terme, et communiquer efficacement cette vision à votre équipe pour assurer sa mise en œuvre.
- Proposer des améliorations continues, tout en définissant des objectifs clairs pour votre équipe et favorisant une culture de collaboration et d'excellence opérationnelle.
- Être à l'écoute des clients internes et externes pour optimiser le support, assurer le suivi des délivrables des différentes équipes du support, et proposer des plans d'amélioration des processus administratifs et opérationnels.
