Bij de directie Compliance en de afdeling Compliance Office beheer je alle taken i.v.m. de eigen informaticasystemen van de afdeling.
**De job in een notendop**
Kerntaken:
- Ervoor zorgen dat die systemen elke dag weer werken zoals het hoort (basisonderhoud):
- de dagelijkse ingrepen aan de systemen realiseren
- de documentatie van de systemen beheren
- de cijfers en rapporten bezorgen die de gebruikers vragen
- De projectgebonden aspecten van de systemen (evolutief onderhoud) beheren:
- de gebruikersdossiers uitwerken en valideren (business requirements)
- de projectplanning uitwerken
- de analyses uitschrijven
- de documentatie uitschrijven
- overleggen met de aanvragers om tot overeenstemming inzake analyse, planning, ingebruikneming enz. te komen
- De tests i.v.m. de systemen coördineren (non-regression maintenance):
- de testontwerpen uitwerken en valideren
- de tests uitvoeren
- de nodige wijzigingen aanbrengen
- het aanspreekpunt zijn voor de systeemgebruikers op het terrein na de ingebruikneming, om de correcte werking en de continuïteit van het systeem en de duurzaamheid van het programma te garanderen

- universitair diploma informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- technische kennis:
- ervaren niveau
- IT-ervaring in de bank is een pluspunt
- programmeertalen
- BO, SQL en andere querytaal voor databases
- Access
- MS Office (Excel,)
- je leert snel bij
- je kan goed plannen

- passief drietalig N/F/E
