Dan is dit je kans We zoeken een researcher , die een fundamentele rol zal spelen in een missie die ervoor zal zorgen dat het leven van alle Belgen en Europeanen een stuk makkelijker zal maken . Denk aan je diploma in een andere lidstaat halen, verhuizen, werken in het buitenland, producten importeren, een bedrijf starten of het registeren van geboortes. En dat gesteund vanuit de allereerste wetgeving in Europa ooit, die vereist dat dit user centric wordt gedaan. Een mijlpaal (en overwinning) voor de burger Jij staat er persoonlijk voor in dat alle touchpoints user centric ingericht worden . Jij zorgt dat ze inclusief, effectief én attractief zijn. Dat doe je door je te baseren op uitvoerige gebruikersdata, testing en validatie . Dát is samengevat de kans die we bij iO voor jou hebben klaarstaan.
Binnen iO, voegen we jouw expertise toe aan ons 30-koppige, multi-disciplinaire strategieteam . Je staat er dus niet alleen voor. Dit team van ervaren experts in de domeinen van servicedesign, research, UX, change, marketing en content deelt met plezier al hun inhoudelijke kennis en ervaring met jou. We reserveren daar zelfs bij iO formeel tijd én budget voor in je planning. Dus als je wil groeien, zowel in je expertise, maar ook in de breedte – ben je op het goede adres.
Als Experience researcher:
Je gaat in gesprek, stelt doelen en onderzoeksplannen op , werkt met kwalitatieve onderzoeksmethoden , waaronder diepte-interviews en user testen en zorgt voor een grondige analyse en aanbevelingen. Je vertaalt onderzoeksresultaten naar creatieve en functionele aanbevelingen , en biedt ondersteuning bij onderzoeksvragen binnen je team. Je identificeert verbetermogelijkheden en doet pro-actief voorstellen om om zo de dienstverlening te verbeteren. Je draagt actief bij aan het ontwerp van gebruikersgerichte oplossingen en bevordert een inclusieve aanpak door rekening te houden met de behoeften van kwetsbare groepen.Daarom ben jij de perfecte Experience Researcher
Een inner Sherlock . Je kan bijzonder goed en snel patronen herkennen in verspreide informatie en die ook bruikbaar omzetten naar inzichten. Empathie . Menselijk gedrag fascineert je en je wil weten hoe je daarop een betekenisvolle impact kan maken. Een goed verhaal . Je maakt heldere rapporten en presentaties en zit vol overtuigingskracht om zo organisaties te overtuigen om de juiste beslissingen te nemen rond gebruikerservaring. Een tien voor taal. Je communiceert en presenteert sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als Frans . 1460 dagen, that is. Ongeveer toch. Je hebt namelijk > 4 jaar ervaring als researcher in een digitale omgeving , bent op de hoogte van de laatste digitale evoluties en bent vertrouwd met informatiearchitectuur, interactie en usability design best practices.What's in it for you?
