Pro, POLITICO's premium B2B policy subscription service, is seeking a Customer Success Associate passionate about customer engagement and data analysis.

This is a full-time position located in Brussels and may involve some limited travel in Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule quality meetings, workshops, and trainings for the Customer Success team.
  • Support the Customer Success and Sales teams on administrative tasks
  • Conduct individual and group trainings to showcase the full value of the POLITICO Pro services.
  • Implement multichannel outreach strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement over the Pro service channels using various platforms
  • Analyse usage data trends to identify build internal reports for Pro Sales stakeholders
  • Participate in and attend POLITICO related events (live, hybrid or virtual) to support the CS team engagement efforts
  • Proactively provide relevant market feedback to support the sales and product development process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to engage in community management

What You'll Need
Required qualifications

  • 12 years professional experience (including internship/traineeship roles)
  • A university degree
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong client service ethic
  • Written and verbal fluency in English is a must have, a good working level in French and/or German is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Personal interest in developing training and engagement skills
  • Able to prioritize and recognize business critical matters and multitask
  • Background in events/summits is a plus
  • Prior knowledge of CRM/business analytics platforms is a plus
  • Flexible and problemsolving attitude
  • Interest in current European political and policy issues
