Our client was founded in the port of Zeebrugge in 1995.

It is a 45- inch intermodal logistics operator, specialized in transport between the UK and Ireland and the European mainland.

All activities are centralized at the headquarters in Zeebrugge. This well-considered strategy visibly increases the level of control and efficiency. Our client has offices in Venlo (The Netherlands), Le Havre (France), Waterford (Ireland) en Novara (Italy). This geographical decentralisation emphasizes its local market-oriented approach.

Fleet Controller - Cool Containers

  • Organize the availability of the TCL (temperature controlled logistics) fleet in ports and inland terminals for operations, tailored to their needs in the short and medium term.
  • Responsible for the technical aspects of the TCL fleet, fuel, inspection, maintenance, repair and calibration and the registration thereof in the available systems.
  • Customer service, sales and claims systems.
  • Registering TCL incidents in the quality system.
  • Administration of TCL.

Working hours

  • Between 08:00 and 18:00

Standby arrangement:

  • During week: to be mutually agreed with 2 colleagues. This means that you are available by phone after normal working hours and during the weekend to manage TCL incidents.
  • During the weekend you are expected to check the units equipped with a track & trace system on both Saturday and Sunday.
