For our office in Brussels () we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant (m/f/x).

The HR team invests in both the achievement of company objectives and the development of all employees. This policy supports the global strategy of Fluxys and translates the Fluxys values, which form the DNA of our company. The team supports all aspects of the career of a Fluxys employee.

Your
respon­sibilities

You are the driving force behind our recruitment process, providing administrative and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition team You publish job vacancies on various platforms and manage the general mailboxes of our Recruitment team You are responsible for drafting and following up on contractual documents for new employees, along with preparing and executing their warm welcome You ensure a warm welcome for new employees and closely monitor their integration period You handle invoicing in SAP/Coupa Additionally, you update our administrative procedures and ensure they are accurately applied

You have a bachelor's degree in an administrative direction or a similar field, with a strong interest in HR You are proficient in the Office suite You work well in a team but can also take on tasks independently You are highly organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously You have an eye for detail and perform administrative tasks accurately You have a proactive and customer-oriented attitude with a strong sense of discretion You possess strong written and verbal communication skills You have good adaptability and are open to change You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other national language and English

Additionally, this role requires:

To be under 25 years old on the date of employment in accordance with the applicable regulations (Rosetta plan)
